- PARIAHUNDE, “Pariah Dogs,” the seminal work on
the breed, is a treasury of references, photos, revealing anecdotes
and scientifically oriented observations. It is written by Drs.
Rudolf and Rudolphina Menzel, the founders of the breed, and
translated by Bryna Comsky.
- “Pariah Dogs” was published in Leipzig in 1960 by
“Das Neue Brehm-Buecherei,” and has been out of print for three
decades. In 1982 and 2002, I translated it into English. “Pariah
Dogs” is a “must read” and belongs in everyone’s reference library.
